Investing Your Money
Mullen Advisory is a fee-only financial planning and wealth management firm that cares about you and your financial well being. Since 1986, Margie Mullen, CFP has provided financial advice and portfolio management to clients of higher degrees of income and net worth.
YOU MAY NEED US BECAUSE:
- You have suffered staggering losses and need to be uprighted;
- You are a self-employed professional with a retirement plan;
- You have a 401(k) from a previous employer;
- You are near-retirement or recently retired;
- You inherited from family;
- You are dissatisfied with your large brokerage firm;
- You or your spouse are tired of being an investment do-it-yourselfer;
- You are a saver who now needs to become an investor
Mullen Advisory designs a portfolio based on your investment objectives (income only, growth and income, or growth only), your time horizon (when you will need the money) and risk tolerance (very conservative, conservative, balanced, equity-tilted or
aggressive). Portfolio Management services are provided using primarily exchanged-traded mutual funds, no-load stock and bond mutual funds, and where appropriate, individual bonds.
We manage your funds on a discretionary basis, which gives us the authority to make trades on your behalf but gives us no access to your money. All investments are in your name at a discount brokerage company (usually Charles Schwab and Co., Inc.).
Your quarterly fees are based on the amount in your portfolio. The minimum quarterly fee is $2,500 which equates to a $1,000,000 portfolio. Mullen reserves the right to lower the minimum portfolio size based on her discretion. Either side can cancel the agreement at any time.
Annual fees are: 1% on the first $1,000.000, .75% on the next $500,000 and .50% on all balances above $1,500.000.
